Free guides and personal notes

You can download guides without sharing an email address. Your completed reflections are not collected by this website. Do not send health information, journal entries or sensitive personal details through a request form.

Contact and coaching requests

If you submit a form, we store your name, email, chosen guide or program, source page, contact permission and request date in a private database. Enrollment requests also include time zone and program price. The purpose is to review and respond to your interest in coaching. These records are not publicly accessible.

Marketing permission

Permission for future tips and offers is optional and recorded separately. Automatic marketing email delivery is not active. A private preference link shown after a guide-interest submission lets you withdraw permission. Withdrawing does not prevent you from downloading guides. Required service messages are separate from marketing.

Security and corrections

A short-lived cookie and temporary hashed network identifier help limit automated submissions. No advertising trackers or card collection are added by these funnels. Keep your request reference and use the contact form to request correction or deletion. That form currently saves a request; automatic email replies are not active.
